LNSC arrests suspected vandal stealing road light indicators on 3rd Mainland Bridge

Men of the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC), yesterday arrested a 46-year-old man identified as Friday Nwafor, for allegedly vandalising road infrastructure on the 3rd Mainland Bridge

Nwafor was allegedly caught removing solar road markers, low-maintenance solar-powered LED light device that is embedded in the road surface to indicate the direction of a road and mark road edges and centrelines, on the newly-renovated 12 kilometre bridge

According to a statement by the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Media, Jubril Gawat, the suspect was immediately taken into custody and handed over to the Commissioner of Police, Lagos Command, Mr. Adegoke Fayoade.
